To allow me to best look after your interests it is advisable to speak to me to discuss your requirements and what it is you want me to achieve for you.
Identification
I will need to identify all persons signing any document. For an individual this can be done by the production of a passport, or photocard driving licence. Your home address will need to be verified by production of a utility or council tax bill or bank statement bearing your name and address. There are different requirements for companies which I will explain when contacted.
Signatures
If any of the signatories has any hearing or sight or other disablement difficulty, or does not speak or understand the English language, I should be informed in advance. If additional witnesses are needed please tell me before you see me.
Type & Purpose
I shall require information as to the type and number of documents and signatures concerned, whether of a personal nature or for a company, and for which country they are required and whether any are in a foreign language.
