WHY USE A NOTARY?

Most countries require commercial or personal documents which originate from or are signed in another country to be notarised before they can have legal effect. Within England and Wales a notarised document can sometimes be used as evidence in court.

WHO MAY NEED A NOTARY?

As well as private individual clients, I act for a variety of businesses including those in agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, construction, retail and the professions.
